Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation has been issued by Rajasthan Aura Tours and the required advance payment has been successfully received.
Once confirmed, hotels, transport services and other travel arrangements may be reserved immediately. Some services may become non-refundable depending on supplier policies.
Cancellation by the Traveller
Guests who wish to cancel their booking should notify Rajasthan Aura Tours as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. Earlier cancellation requests generally provide greater flexibility for refunds or travel adjustments.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the booking date, travel season, hotel policies, transportation reservations and other confirmed travel services.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined after reviewing all confirmed reservations and the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers and other travel partners involved in your itinerary.
Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting any non-refundable expenses already incurred on behalf of the booking.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain travel services may become non-refundable once they have been confirmed with hotels, transportation providers, safari operators or other third-party partners. These conditions depend on the individual policies of each service provider.
Rajasthan Aura Tours will always make reasonable efforts to obtain the maximum refund available; however, we cannot refund amounts that have already been paid to suppliers on a non-refundable basis.
Cancellation by Rajasthan Aura Tours
In rare situations, Rajasthan Aura Tours may need to cancel or modify a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including operational requirements, government regulations, natural events or safety considerations.
Where appropriate, we will offer suitable alternatives, rescheduling options or an applicable refund based on the services affected and the circumstances involved.
Changes & Rescheduling
Requests to change travel dates, destinations or other booking details should be made as early as possible. All requests are subject to availability and the policies of hotels, transport providers and other travel partners.
Additional costs may apply where revised arrangements result in higher supplier charges or new reservations.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking procedures and the confirmation of refunds from third-party suppliers.
Rajasthan Aura Tours will keep guests informed throughout the refund process and provide updates whenever required.
Force Majeure
Rajasthan Aura Tours shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, pandemics or other unforeseen events.
In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives, revised travel arrangements or appropriate assistance whenever possible.
